This Privacy Policy describes how Green Pig Farm ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Green Pig Farm (Heo Farm) – a Smart Pig Farm Management System – available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable platform policies including Google Play's Privacy, Deception and Device Abuse, User Data, and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines regarding privacy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and operate our farm management services:

• Account Information: Full name, email address, phone number, profile photo (avatar) – provided when you create an account or update your profile.
• Authentication Data: Access and refresh tokens stored locally for session management; optionally saved email/phone for quick login.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system (Android/iOS), app version – used when registering for push notifications (FCM token) to deliver alerts.
• Media & Documents: Photos and videos captured or selected via camera/gallery for batch records, product images, purchase request attachments, and profile avatar upload.
• Identification Documents: National ID front/back images if you voluntarily provide them in your profile.
• Local Draft Data: Form drafts (e.g., purchase requests, warehouse tickets, batch forms) saved temporarily on your device – not transmitted until you submit.

We do not collect: Precise or approximate location data (GPS). Location fields in the app refer to farm/pen names, not device location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide account-based access, authentication, and profile management
• Deliver farm management features: farms, pens, batches, warehouse, purchase requests, dashboard
• Send push notifications about farm-related alerts (e.g., approvals, updates)
• Process media uploads (photos, videos) you attach to records
• Improve app functionality and fix issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal or sensitive user data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We may share data with:

• Backend API: Your data is transmitted to our servers (e.g., farm-api.namtrungprofile.work) for processing, storage, and synchronization.
• Firebase (Google): FCM tokens and basic device info for push notifications – helpful to Firebase Privacy.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not share personal or sensitive data with third parties for their advertising or marketing.

4. Permissions and Sensitive APIs

Our app requests the following permissions. Collection and use are limited to stated purposes:

• Camera: Barcode/QR scanning, taking photos and videos for batch records and attachments
• Photos/Media: Selecting images and videos from your gallery for uploads
• Notifications: Displaying push notifications (you may deny this permission)

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide our services
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time:

• In-app: Profile → Settings or contact support within the app
• Outside the app: Email us at the address below with subject "Account Deletion Request"

We will process deletion requests within 30 days and permanently remove your data, except where retention is required by law.

6. Secure Data Handling

We implement appropriate measures to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all API communication
• Secure storage for credentials (tokens) on your device
• Access controls and authentication for backend systems

When our app accesses sensitive data (camera, media, notifications), we:

• Request runtime permissions with clear system dialogs
